Luxury Wooden Chalet Near Mont-Tremblant – Perfect for Outdoor Adventures & Relaxation

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the hot tub cover. It was broken in half, preventing a perfect seal when covered, resulting in the water being full of bugs. It was difficult and unsafe to open and close. While trying to open the cover, there was also an 8 ft aluminum piece of steel that was completely loose and we almost got injured in the process. The cover needs to be replaced and also mentioned to all potential renters. We feel mislead by the advertising of a Luxury Chalet and the pictures of the hot tub. If I knew that the cover was dangerous to open, we would have selected another chalet 100%. The inside of the oven was completely dirty and the inside oven light did not work either. The see through window of the oven door was so filthy that we could not see our food inside the oven.The chalet had only one salad bowl made of stainless steel but it had a pin hole in it and all the balsamic vinegar salad dressing was dripping out. As a result, we had to use the big casserole for spaghetti to make our salad. On the patio, next to the BBQ was a big garbage bin that was filled with garbage and it was attracting flies, mosquitoes and it smelled awful. We had to haul the garbage bin off the patio because of this.The above has also impacted my opinion of VRBO as well because clearly you do not hold your vendors accountable for being truthful about the state of the chalet. We feel fooled by what we rented. Not what we expected

Beau séjour! Positive: Le spa et le sauna , c'était super avec les lumières le soir! Le chalet à quelques jouets pour les enfants et les chambres sont bien aussi ,lit confortable!Tout équipé nous avons manqué de rien ou presque! Negative: Le déneigement était pas super ,le foyer n'était pas déneigé donc nous avons dû le faire ,manque de bois et de café mais le lendemain nous l'avons eu le tout .Nous avons passé un très beau séjour malgré cela et les réponses à mes questions étaient répondu rapidement 😊

La maison est assez grande et confortable. Cependant quelques irritants: pas de prise de courant dans la chambre de bain pour le séchoir à cheveux, il manquait deux bancs haut pour le comptoir à déjeuner, il manquait des sofa pour se détendre. Pas de pellicule plastique, pas beaucoup de couverts, on était obligé de partir le lave-vaisselle à chaque repas.
