This apartment being on the third floor made it difficult for a 91 year old, I lik Positive: The apartment Negative: On the 3rd floor with no elevator. No face cloths, only one hand towel. Bathtub unsafe Not close to metro. No free parking

Great location Positive: Great location. The Plateau is where the good restaurants are located. And away from tourist area. Easy subway to old town.

Positive: Great unit, featuring two bedrooms with ample space and a clean interior. Modern unit! Location is pretty good. Negative: There was no A/C in the rooms (fans were used instead), but only in the living room. We faced a heat wave, so it was a bit hot, but manageable.

Positive: Superb location on one of the best streets in Montreal. Dining options are abundant, all within a short walk. Sherbrooke metro station to downtown Montreal is also very close to the flat. The accommodations are clean and spacious. Air conditioning works well. A small balcony from the front bedroom is a bonus. Parking on Roy is paid but convenient to the flat. Negative: Nothing. Stairs could be tricky for those with disabilities, but I had no problem.
