Great location
Positive: Great location. The Plateau is where the good restaurants are located. And away from tourist area. Easy subway to old town.

Positive: Superb location on one of the best streets in Montreal. Dining options are abundant, all within a short walk. Sherbrooke metro station to downtown Montreal is also very close to the flat. The accommodations are clean and spacious. Air conditioning works well. A small balcony from the front bedroom is a bonus. Parking on Roy is paid but convenient to the flat.
Negative: Nothing. Stairs could be tricky for those with disabilities, but I had no problem.
