host-me is a trade name of GESTION GCAS INC. ("host-me", "we", "us"). This page describes our privacy policy and terms of service, including our text messaging (SMS) program.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from host-me related to your estimate request and our rental management services. Message types include follow-ups on your request, appointment scheduling, and information about our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP (or AIDE).
No mobile information (phone number) or SMS opt-in consent data is shared with or sold to any third parties or partners, for any purpose. This information is used solely to send you the messages you consented to, through our messaging service providers.
Information We Collect
When you complete a form on host-me.ca, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property type, and any message you send us.
Use of Information
We use this information to respond to your estimate request, provide information about our services, and communicate with you by phone, email, and text message (with your consent).
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our customer relationship management and messaging platform), which are required to protect it and use it only for the intended purposes. SMS opt-in consent data is not shared with any third party.

Forms are used to request an estimate or information; they do not constitute a service contract. Estimates provided are indicative and non-binding. Website content (text, images, logo) belongs to GESTION GCAS INC. and may not be reproduced without authorization. We may change these terms at any time; the version published on this page prevails.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our text messaging (SMS) program and to submit a form on host-me.ca.
Carriers and mobile network operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
