What are your billing terms and procedures?

Our management fees vary according to your needs, i.e. between 20% and 25% of the rental income. Maintenance fees are paid entirely by tenants and guests via the various rental platforms we use. You can choose a turnkey service or hand over the responsibility of your current suppliers to us or manage them yourself. There are some variables that come into play if you own a spa, pool, sauna, or any other amenity that requires more personalized or specialized maintenance. All income from your rentals is paid directly to you, into a bank account for which you have previously provided us with information. You will receive a report and monthly billing detailing all costs and revenue generated.Our marketing fees range from $500 to $3,000 depending on the options you wish to obtain.
